AI Answering Machine Detection

It is now possible to add a new module - AI Answering Machine Detection (AMD) which automatically filters upwards up to 99% of all answering machines in just 1,7 seconds. As an admin you can toggle whether agents should hear the call while the AI works or not.

Added personal queue for agents - live leads or call in specific order

It is now possible to enable the concept of a personal queue for agents. What this means is agents can make a search and populate their queue with the result and the process the customer cars in the queue one by one. Very useful if for instance a booking has been made and you want to see if you can make additional bookings in the vicinity or if for other reasons you want to process a special sub segment or in a special order. Customer cars are added to the queue through search or through an Autopilot. If for instance you want to add live leads you can have an Autopilot receiving web calls and then add the incoming lead to the queue of an eligible agent thereby making sure it is called nearly instantly.

As an admin you can now directly create new and edit existing search presets. Search presets populate different UI elements with data, such as search portals on the customer card display my upcoming callbacks, meetings etc. or the customer cars I have called today.

Improved search for bookings

You can now search explicitly for bookings attendee status meaning it's a breeze to see which meetings have yet to be confirmed by the attendees and need an extra call.

To further simplify the handling of outbound and inbound caller id:s we have created a new unified view that gives you the full story on your active and available caller id:s at a glance. Form here caller id:s can be assigned, deactivated or deactivated for outbound only (quarantine). It also makes it easier to manage the personal number and personal inbound assignment of caller id:s.

In Callmaker it has always been easy to assign users and admins to the right access level with regards to which campaigns and corresponding data the users should have access to, simply drag and drop where you want them, system level, workflow level or campaignlevel.

We have now added the possibility of creating custom fuction scopes and assign them to users. If for instance you want a user to be able to have access to some parts of the coaching experience available to admins that is now easy. Or if you want to give a business partner limited access to data within their campaigns you can now set it up with a few clicks.

Better Do Not Call registry

The DNC parts are vastly expanded. Now you can import numbers straight into a DNC list, choose which colums or let Callmaker identify all valid phone numbers in your file. The option add numbers manually to a DNC list one by one has been added. The ability to update or replace the contents of a DNC-list makes for a much better experience when using DNC lists in Autopilots.

Wide search option for inbound calls: You can now give agents wider access to search for customer cars when they receive inbound calls than they would normally have to avoid not being able to bring up the inbound caller customer card due to access restrictions aimed at outbound work.

Re-send order confirmation SMS:es: Sometimes an operator experiences trouble within their infrastructure. When happens it is now easy to trigger re sending of order SMS:es to affected customers.

Stand alone orders

Previously in Callmaker an order would only be created once a customer card was finished by the agent with ordering contents. It is now possible to create one or several orders without finishing the customer card bringing increased flexibility. The created orders can even be edited directly from the customer card or you can implement and Autopilot that initiates a two way conversation with an external API when the order is created.

The Autopilot automation feature now supports filtering that lets you implement IF statements into your automations, meaning fewer autopilots can now achieve the same results and entirely new workflows are possible. The new loop function make it possible to implement a wealth of new behaviors in the autopilots, from looping over a search result or implement a polling loop in conjuction with the new External API call function.

New Zapier functions

For those of our customers that use Zapier for their automation and integration needs there are now a handful of new features that aid in the export of data. For instance you can set up a daily workflow that exports yesterdays orders, send them to a google drive and then mail a copy. This is also possible with bookings and statistics.

You now have the option to set a fixed number of seconds your agents have to set a status on a customer card once the phone call is hung up. If the card is not processed during this time window it will receive an "unfinished processing" status that allows the user to return and set the correct status at a later time.

Sometimes agents forget to set a proper status to their active customer card and instead leaves by quitting the browser or shutting the window where Callmaker is running. These cards now get assigned an "unfinished processing" status that can be searched by admins or users to make sure no business goes unfinished.

Deep integration with Astrid AI

If you are using Astrid as your AI coach you can now have a much richer experience. There is now a new dashboard element to display your daily coaching. You can also decide to display a users daily coaching for a fixed period directly after login, to make sure it's read. Additionally Astrid can rate calls giving you an easy way to get average call ratings for different call typers by user, for instance User A has an average of 3,2 for calls ending in a negative status and User B has an average of 4,1. Astrid can also set orders to confirmed status by listening and making sure they conform to the template that has been set.

Dashboards can contain elements such as statistics or searches. With the basic building blocks of Events, Schedules, Filters, Search and API-calls you can build workflows that automate repetitive or complex tasks and let you focus on what is important.

Common use cases include sending SMS or mail communications depending on which criteria is met, reactive leads or move leads to the next stage. But really the only thing that sets the limit is your imagtionation.
