Which systems can Callmaker integrate with?

Via Zapier you can reach more than 9,000 apps without code. For your own integrations there are webhooks in the autopilots that send data when something happens in Callmaker, and a complete API for reading, writing and control.

Which events can trigger a webhook?

Among others: order created, cancelled, confirmed, restored and unconfirmed; booking created, cancelled, confirmed, edited, moved, accomplished and not accomplished; number created; call started and ended; user created and changed. The hook fires as soon as the event occurs.

Which authentication methods are supported for webhooks?

OAuth Client Credentials, OAuth Password, Basic Auth, explicit header and no authentication. You can also add an extra header to the OAuth flow.

Which HTTP methods and formats can webhooks use?
