Another term has come to an end and Callmaker’s customers and staff are taking a little holiday. But not everyone. And not all at once. Since we know many of you out there keep your operations running all summer, we of course provide support all summer, just as usual.
Opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30
On-call cover between 08:00 and 08:30, and in the evenings from 17:30 to 21:00.
So for simpler support cases and help using the system, it’s 08:30 to 17:30 on weekdays. And in the unusual case that something really big is going on – call the switchboard and you’ll get instructions on how to reach the on-call team.
Please note that we’re closed at Midsummer. At weekends there’s on-call cover from 12 to 18, but public holidays (other than Sundays) have neither on-call cover nor regular support.
