Security and safety

We work according to the guidelines of ISO 27001 and every year the system undergoes a test where an external party reviews the security and tries to hack the system, a so-called penetration test. To minimize the risk of account hacking, you can enable 2FA on your account or set a policy that all users should have 2FA enabled. All communication, including telephony, in the system is of course encrypted to the highest level.
