Service Price List

Price list for additional services under the Service Agreement for Callmaker, CM Software Callmaker AB, Reg. No. 556999-9971. Applies from 2026-10-15.

1. About the price list

1.1 This price list sets out our prices for additional services, i.e. work and services that you order in addition to the Service and that are not included in Fixed Fees or usage-based fees under the Order.

1.2 The Service Price List is not an appendix and does not form part of the Agreement. It sets out the prices applied when the Service Agreement or its appendices refer to it and when you order an additional service that has not been priced in another way. If the Order or another written agreement between us states a price for a service, that price applies.

1.3 We may change the Service Price List at any time. Changed prices apply to additional services ordered or requested from the day the change is published on this page. Additional services ordered or requested before then are charged according to the version in force at the time of the order or request. A change to the Service Price List does not constitute an amendment to the Agreement under the section “Amendments to the Agreement” in the Service Agreement.

1.4 All prices are stated excluding VAT, in Swedish kronor (SEK) and in euros (EUR). For Agreements in euros, the prices in euros apply. Additional services are invoiced monthly in arrears in accordance with the section “Payment” in the Service Agreement.

1.5 Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Service Agreement and its appendices.

2. Included at no cost

2.1 The following are not charged under this price list:

• support under the section “Support” in the Service Agreement;
• remote introductory training for your Administrators, at start-up and for Administrators you add later;
• export, assistance with Switching and retrieval during the Retrieval Period under Appendix 2 – Data Portability, including the User List and the campaign settings;
• notification and information in the event of a Personal Data Breach under Appendix 1, sections 4.2.1–4.2.3;
• return and deletion of personal data under Appendix 1, section 9, and assistance under Appendix 2, section 6.5; and
• work caused by faults in the Service or by other circumstances for which we are responsible.

3. Consultancy work

3.1 Consultancy work is charged at SEK 1,500 (EUR 150) per hour. The hourly rate applies to all work under this price list, for example configuration, campaign and list set-up, import and processing of lists, reports, automations (Autopilot) that we build on your behalf, Integrations, API and webhooks, troubleshooting in third-party services and in your own systems, and development work.

3.2 Time is charged per commenced half hour, with a minimum of one (1) hour per order.

3.3 Work carried out at your request on Working Days before 08:00 or after 18:00 is charged with a 50 per cent surcharge, and work on other days with a 100 per cent surcharge.

3.4 Travel time is charged at 50 per cent of the hourly rate. Travel, accommodation and subsistence are charged at cost.

3.5 Consultancy work is carried out on your order. An estimate of the time required is not a fixed price unless we have stated in writing that it is.

4. Training

4.1 Introductory training for your Administrators can, at your request, be held on site at your premises. The training time is then charged at the hourly rate in section 3.1, and travel time and costs in accordance with section 3.4.

4.2 Training of other Users, remotely or on site, is charged at the hourly rate in section 3.1, and for on-site training also travel time and costs in accordance with section 3.4.

5. Assistance under Appendix 1 – Data Processing Agreement

5.1 Assistance that, under Appendix 1, is compensated in accordance with the Service Price List is charged at the hourly rate in section 3.1, on the conditions set out in the relevant section of Appendix 1. This covers work arising from new instructions (section 3.2), assistance with impact assessments and prior consultation (section 4.1.2), assistance with a Personal Data Breach beyond notification and information (section 4.2.4), participation in audits (section 4.3.2) and assistance with Data Subjects’ requests beyond the Service’s functions (section 8.1).

6. Extended assistance on termination and switching

6.1 Export, assistance with Switching and retrieval under Appendix 2 – Data Portability are free of charge, and we do not charge any fee for Switching. This section covers only services that go beyond what the Data Act requires and that you specifically order, in accordance with Appendix 2, section 10.2.

6.2 The following are charged at the hourly rate in section 3.1:

• customised data transformation and export in formats or structures other than those set out in Appendix 2, section 6.2, and the Export Specification;
• mapping to the Receiving Provider’s format and import of data into the Receiving Provider’s system;
• project management and migration work beyond reasonable assistance under Appendix 2, section 7.4; and
• development work in connection with the Switch.

6.3 Extended Retrieval Period under Appendix 2, section 8.2, beyond the free thirty (30) calendar days: SEK 3,000 (EUR 300) per commenced calendar month.

7. Other

7.1 Additional services not listed in this price list are charged at the hourly rate in section 3.1, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
