Well, yes. Almost as usual. We have our eminent support all summer long but the support is open 08:30 to 17:30 instead of 08:00 to 18:00.
You can get quick help with imports, users, lists or statistics in our support. Do you want something automated in the system? CallMaker Autopilot can do the job. Set it up once and let the system work for you instead of you working in the system.
In just a couple of weeks, we'll be launching another release with several exciting new features! More information to come later.
Last but not least, I just want to say that although we will respond quickly and solve your cases as gallantly as always, it is still vacation time and we therefore ask you to forgive if there is an extra minute waiting in the phone queue or to get a response to email. Our suppliers are also on vacation and may take a little extra time to get a response.
