Field checks for Orders and Bookings
Now we have the possibility to put a check on fields that must be filled in for the agent
to be able to place an Order or Booking.
So if you are playing with the idea that an agent is going to sell something to a customer and you need
the customer's social security number to complete the order.
Then you can now put a check on the social security number field so that the agent CANNOT forget to
note this on the customer card. This can be put on almost any field.

Creating fields
As an admin, you can now create the fields you need from the layout editor. For most
purposes, string/string is the recommended field type. If you need more
options, there is an advanced mode.

Keyboard shortcuts
Now we have a new feature in place that I know has been requested by a number of customers.
Keyboard shortcuts, this allows the agent to control much more with the keyboard.
Hold down the keys CTRL + ALT to open the menu.
Admin can go to "Settings->Card commands" and there choose which functions to
bind and to which key.
What to keep in mind is that it is always "CTRL + ALT + key".

E-sign verification
The E-sign function that came out earlier this year has now received some additions. You can now get so you can
generate PDFs with the agreement.
This verification can be downloaded from order search and if you want it can be automatically sent
to the customer via SMS.

Better search for agents
Previously, when agents searched in projects, they searched in the entire project. Now agents themselves
can choose in which campaign they do their search.

Autopilot now supports export to link
The Autopilot function that came out earlier this year has now got some more functions.
You can now get export to link, and the link is used for SMS
It is the same function that is used for the E-sign verification mailing to the customer but can also
be used to, for example, send out weekly statistics to their mobile number.

Search archived lists
If you have ever searched for a customer card in any archived list, you know that it can be
difficult if you don't know exactly which list the customer card is in or if you have many archived
lists. Now you can choose to search all archived lists without selecting them one by one.

Booking with personal return
Previously, we have had the opportunity to turn on so that an order also puts the customer card as personal
return for further processing. This setting now also works for booking.

Further improvements to the system
We are continuously working to optimize and update the system so you will have the best
experience possible in our system. The system should be faster and we now have more
performance to move with on the servers after a nice hardware upgrade!
